From its humble beginnings in 1986 to now in its 39th year the Colorado Black Arts Festival has grown into a 3 day festival for Black artists and art lovers to celebrate culture and community. Executive Director Jaleesa McIntosh and Organizer Cameron Simmons joined Community Corner to talk about this year’s festival, the sense of community it fosters and how you can get involved.
